A short background
I came into coaching from sports science — formal qualifications in nutrition and exercise physiology, four years working with collegiate and amateur athletes, then a long stretch coaching general-population clients through fat loss, muscle gain, post-injury recovery and the messy realities of life in your 30s and 40s.
850+ clients over fifteen years. About a third are endurance or strength athletes; the rest are busy professionals juggling work, families, travel and a desire to feel better. I coach online (most engagements) and in person (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi periodically).
