These terms govern your use of this website, purchases from the shop, and any preliminary discussion that arises from a contact form submission. Specific coaching engagements (1:1 programs, cohorts, retainers) are governed by a separate, signed engagement agreement.

1. About this website

This website is an information, content and commerce channel for the diet & fitness coaching practice of Vishal Vashisht Coaching. Material on this site is general in nature and not specific advice for your body, goals or medical situation.

2. Initial conversations

A 30-minute initial consultation, by phone, video or email, is exploratory and non-binding for both sides. No fee is charged for it and no coaching relationship is created until a written engagement agreement is signed (for 1:1 programs) or a purchase is completed (for shop products).

3. Coaching engagements

Each 1:1 engagement is governed by its own agreement setting out scope, fees, timelines, confidentiality and cancellation terms. Where this website mentions indicative pricing or duration, that is illustrative — binding figures are in your agreement.

4. Shop purchases

• Orders placed via this website are processed once payment clears.
• Downloadable products (templates, plans, recipes) are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed (see the refund policy).
• Workshop / cohort seats are limited; cancellation terms are described at purchase and in the refund policy.
• Indian customers pay applicable GST.

5. Health disclaimer

I am a coach, not a doctor. Nothing on this site, in shop products, or in coaching engagements is medical advice. Before starting any new diet, training or recovery protocol, consult a qualified medical professional — especially if you have any existing condition (cardiovascular, metabolic, hormonal, gastrointestinal), are pregnant or postpartum, or are taking prescription medication. You assume full responsibility for your decisions and outcomes.

6. Confidentiality

Anything you share with me in the course of an enquiry, purchase or engagement is treated as confidential. I do not use your data, photos, measurements or testimonials in case studies, blog posts or marketing material without explicit written consent.

7. Intellectual property

All original programs, templates, plans and content on this site and in the shop remain my intellectual property. Personal use is permitted; redistribution, resale or republishing without written permission is not.

8. Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to use this website to (a) violate any law, (b) submit content infringing the rights of any third party, (c) send spam, malware, or harmful content, (d) scrape or republish content without consent.

9. Liability

Information on this website is provided "as is" without warranty. Decisions you make about your diet, training or health are your own responsibility. Specific engagement liability caps are defined in the relevant agreement.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of this website will be resolved in the courts of India.
