A targeted nutrition protocol for people dealing with bloating, fatigue, weight stalls, PCOS, thyroid issues or low energy — built with your doctor's reports, not in spite of them.

The honest version: most people coming to me with “I think my hormones are off” actually have a diet, sleep and stress problem that looks hormonal. We start there. If the basics don’t fix it in eight weeks, we look harder — together with your doctor.

Important caveats

I’m a coach, not a clinician. I won’t diagnose anything, won’t recommend stopping any prescribed medication, and won’t replace your endocrinologist or gastroenterologist. Where there’s a clinical condition (PCOS, hypothyroidism, IBS, etc.), we work in parallel with — and never around — your treating doctor.
