Travel-friendly
About a third of my online clients travel weekly for work. Their programs assume that — workouts are designed to be done in 35–50 minutes, in any reasonably-equipped gym (hotel or otherwise), with a fallback dumbbell-and-bodyweight version when there’s no gym at all.
