Sports Performance Nutrition

Sport-specific nutrition and recovery coaching for amateur and competitive athletes — runners, cyclists, lifters, racquet sports.

Performance nutrition is about timing as much as totals. The same daily macros can give you a great race or a bonk, depending on what hits the system in which 30-minute window.

Sports I work with

Distance running (5K to ultra), cycling, triathlon, recreational cricket, badminton, tennis, strength sports (powerlifting, weightlifting), and CrossFit. I’ve worked with national-level amateurs and recreational athletes alike — the playbook is similar; the volume differs.

What this isn’t

This isn’t a supplement-stacking service. I won’t sell you protein powder or recommend creatine just to recommend something. If it works for your sport, you’ll know. If it doesn’t, save your money.
